USA Port Information

*View Menu Subtabs for current specific USA Port Information per Port including Delivery Address, Telephone#, Hours of Operation & TWIC Status
All vehicles entering the Port will require all accompanying documentation (Dock Receipts and Original Vehicle Title) to be prepared and grouped in the order to expedite vehicles to Customs and Border Patrol to be cleared and stamped on time.

⚬Vehicles require accompanying Title to be accepted for export on delivery to the port. Some ports do make exceptions on a case-by-case basis however this incurs Customs Rejection ($50) Fees plus applicable port storage. We do not ever advise delivering vehicle to port without title.

Receiving Criteria for all vehicles:

Please note Ports are increasingly strict about receiving guidelines and do not make exceptions to receiving rules:

⚬Must have a key
⚬No fluids leaking from the vehicles
⚬No household goods or trash.
⚬Must be clean with no mud or other contaminants.
⚬Any broken windows must be covered to prevent water ingress.
*Ports will reject vehicles with any broken glass exposed – we recommend vacuuming glass and wrapping all windows/windshields for port safety.
⚬NO Hybrid and/or Electric Vehicles are accepted for export.
*Please be careful with vehicle purchases to avoid being rejected at the port – carriers are not making exceptions for these vehicles especially after the July 2023 Newark Vessel Fire

Receiving Criteria for Runners (Cars / SUVs):

⚬Must have a functioning driver’s seat door, seatbelt, a complete windshield, be steerable, and have brakes; with no broken glass, bodily fluids, sharp metal, hanging exploded airbags, or anything that could harm the driver or hinder the safe ability to drive the vehicle.
⚬Nothing in vehicle other than the spare and the jack.
⚬About ¼ tank of fuel
*Ports will consider Running vehicles as NonRunner if there is not enough fuel to drive the car, please make sure there is around ¼ tank filled before delivery.

Receiving Criteria for NON – Runners (Cars / SUVs):

⚬Unable to move under its own power but able to roll safely
⚬Must have a key.
⚬Nothing in vehicle other than the spare and the jack.
⚬Less than ¼ tank of fuel

Receiving Criteria for Forklift (Cars / SUVs):

⚬Unable to move under its own power or presents a hazard to the operator
⚬Must not be leaking fluid or any other condition which would create a hazardous work area
