We truly appreciate your patience as we improve our Philadelphia acreage and complete the construction project. We are excited to announce that the Terminal is now open as normal with 3 WAF Vessel Callings per month.
Although we do not face major Title rejections at the Red Hook Terminal in Newark, we do face rejections for missing LIEN RELEASES LETTERS.
If the title you are submitting has a lien holder mentioned on it you MUST provide an original, notarized lien release letter (on the lien holder’s letterhead) along with the title when you deliver the cargo.
Since this title will be REJECTED by Customs 100% of the time due to missing the LIEN RELEASE LETTER, you must have the lien letter when you deliver the cargo or the unit(s) will be rejected.
